At First Threads Co, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During launches, restocks, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
Australian Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services such as Australia Post and Sendle.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Flat rate calculated at checkout
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express rates calculated at checkout
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to selected international destinations.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- First Threads Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur.
If your parcel is:
- significantly delayed,
- lost in transit,
- or arrives damaged,
please contact us at firstthreadsco@outlook.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will include an estimated shipping timeframe in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
